14-Day Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Complete sets must be returned in full (if applicable)

Please Note: items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange request, please contact us at contact@babyleous.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, or replaced with an exchange, as requested.
  • Items that do not meet our policy requirements will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Customers who engage in repeated or unjustified disputes may be restricted from placing future orders with BabyLeo.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

After 14 days from delivery, all purchases become final, regardless of reason.
